Summer is in full swing and Canaan Valley Resort is ready to start the summer season off right.
The resort is set to offer the Saturday Summer Stroll on June 1 from 2p-5p. This is a free event and is a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. You will be accompanied by the Canaan Valley Master Naturalists and will stroll through the park to taking in the beauty of the theme that week.
Some of the themes may include trees, plants, history, animal tracks, and signs and many others. The only thing you must bring is yourself and the appropriate attire.
The popular Nights by the Campfire is also set to start on June 1. Starting at 7:00 pm, park staff and guests will be relaxing and making s’ mores while listening to Kelsey Jeffries perform campfire songs.
After a long day of activities and fun, a campfire is the best way to spend the evening with the family.
