Bodega’s Kitchen & Wine Bar offers Caribbean-inspired fare and tapas style dining. Nestled in the beautiful mountain setting of Banner Elk, Bodegas has a casually sophisticated atmosphere that caters to date night and family time all at the same time!

Located at the base of Beech Mountain, in the Eagles Nest Shopping Center, with overflow parking available across the street in the empty lot.

At the corner of Route 194 and Beech Mountain Parkway, not far from Banner Elk’s only traffic light, Beech and Sugar Mountain ski resorts – Bodegas is conveniently located in the newly-refurbished Eagles Nest Marketplace. Bodegas is a great restaurant and pub with a Cuban-Caribbean groove.

First and foremost, this is Banner Elk’s restaurant. We are absolutely here for those that come in the summer time and spend some weekends here as well. But, our goal is to make this a very approachable place where everyone can feel like they can come in and have a beer and have a taco and a sandwich. We look at this place as a big picnic table. (It’s awesome for visitors to Banner Elk, Sugar and Beech Mountain.

Bodegas Kitchen and Wine Bar offers authentic tapas-style Caribbean fare—such as Cuban sandwiches, yuca fries, and coconut shrimp.  In addition to a carefully curated wine list, the bar offers craft cocktails.
