Mountaineer Restaurant & Fireside Cottages

The Mountaineer Restaurant and Fireside Cottages are located in Maggie Valley, just a few miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Conveniently located near Hot Spring, Asheville and Pigeon Forge, our cottages are a great place to call home base during your mountain vacation. Horseback riding, white water rafting, hiking and shopping opportunities are all within a short drive from our rentals. But they’re also great for relaxing and soaking in the sights from the privacy of your own front porch.

Our restaurant overlooks the Soco Gap and Sheepback Mountain, and provides guests with amazing views of the mountains. Our menu offers everything from peanut butter and jelly to surf and turf. With family-friendly and affordable fare, it’s a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We can even pack up your order into a picnic basket if you’d rather eat outside in the great outdoors!
