World-renowned North Carolina artist and designer Bob Timberlake, who is known for creating things of exceptional artistry, inspired the creation of Timberlake’s Restaurant at Chetola Resort. Located on the main level of the Bob Timberlake Inn in an elegantly restored 1846 Estate House, the restaurant features Bob Timberlake’s exquisite artwork and decor. From Mesquite-dusted shrimp and mouth-watering Angus beef filets, to Carolina-raised trout and roasted Carolina quail, each dish is worth savoring. The chef and his staff also prepare an array of seafood, poultry, pork and an inspired selection of vegetarian dishes that will tempt palates of all tastes. Breakfast is served daily. Dinner reservations are recommended. Outstanding buffets or special dinner events are featured on Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and during special events such as Symphony by the Lake. Lunch and dinner hours change seasonally.
